Cart Storage Checklist
Electric Cars: Be sure batteries are fully charged and fluid level is above the plates. Put cart in "TOW" and connect battery minder OR disconnect the batteries.
Gas Cars: Do not leave old gas in tank if cart will be sitting more than a couple of months. Close fuel shut off and run old gas out of lines.
How often does my cart need to be serviced?
Golf Cars and LSVs require regular maintenance, just like an automobile. Preventative maintenance once a year is the best way to keep small problems from becoming expensive repairs.
Can't get your cart to us? Give us a call, we offer pickup and delivery service in the following areas:
Haines City, Winter Haven, Lakeland, Kissimmee, Champions Gate, Reunion, Clermont, Lake Wales, Frostproof, Avon Park, Sebring and more!
Lube, Oil & Break Checks
Lube: depending on the year, make and model, grease fittings can be found on the front end on both gas and electric cars and gas cars have grease fittings on the clutches.
Oil: engine oil should be changed at least once a year on all gas carts
Brakes: most brakes on both gas and electric cars need to be cleaned and adjusted at least once a year.
Battery maintenance tips
-Check water level in batteries at least once a month
-Do not add water until after the batteries are fully charged
-Always use distilled water
-Only add enough water to cover the plates, DO NOT OVERFILL.
